Here’s the truth: I didn’t even like cake when I first started baking.

But instead of giving up, I made it my mission to reimagine what cake could be—something balanced, something beautiful, and something people like me could actually enjoy.
I spent hours testing recipes, tweaking ratios, and rebalancing flavours
until I created something I’m proud to share: cakes that are just sweet enough—not overpowering— paired with silky smooth icing that complements the flavors instead of drowning them.
