Time is one of the weirdest yet most amazing gifts. Weird because some days you feel every second tick by and then sometimes you wake up and it’s already the end of September but you could swear that it was April just a few days ago.

Amazing because every single day is new. Sure, we carry things with us from the days that have passed, but we get today to be more aware and thankful and to try and learn how to notice the little things.

7.5 years have passed since I started my business. I can’t even begin to guess at the amount of cookies I’ve made in that time or the amount of incredible people I’ve met or all of the uplifting, warm, encouraging conversations I’ve had with you all.

I know I say the same things pretty much every year when I do my “Hi, this is me” post, but it’s because they’re true. I am beyond grateful that you choose me. I’m incredibly fortunate for the customers and other small business friends I’ve made along the way. I love the things I’ve learned, the skills I’ve honed, the hugs I’ve gotten, the smiles and reactions I get…they have all made, and continue to make, my moments and my days and my years, something that fills my cup to overflowing.
