Good morning friends!

Did you know we also have a small hobby farm?

Currently we have about 30 laying hens (with another 28ish getting ready to lay in the next month or so). We do sell our extra eggs- they are $5/dozen and I keep them stocked at Floyd's Store in Hampton! I just washed 11 dozen to bring with me tomorrow :)

We also raise 200 meat kings chickens per year- we keep enough for our family for the year and sell the rest. They average 6-8lbs this year and we do have a few extra to spare! They are $4.50/lb and you can message me to coordinate pickup!

Every other year we raise a few pigs for our family- we haven't ventured into selling it yet just because of space constraints in our trailer.

This year we decided to give turkeys a try, they are so hilarious to watch! Stay tuned to see if this will be a long term animal we will keep around :)

Hey everyone! 💕 Just a little update!

I won’t be at the market this Friday. I’ve really enjoyed doing the markets, but I’m realizing that getting everything packed up, loaded, transported, set up, taken down, and hauled home is just a LOT on my body. 😅 By the time I’m finished, I’m completely wiped out!

Sooo… I’ve been thinking… **what if I did a little pop-up right here at home instead?** 👀🍪🧁

It would let me put more of my energy into the part I actually love — baking! — without quite so much of the hauling and setup.

So I’m just throwing the idea out there… **would anyone be interested in coming by for a little Salt & Light Bakery pop-up?** ❤️

If you would, let me know in the comments! And tell me what would work best for you — **Saturday or a weekday, morning or afternoon**, etc.

If there’s enough interest, I’ll figure out the details! 🥰
