🍓 Summer calls for strawberry cake!

This cake is all natural, sweetened with only farm fresh strawberries. It's infused with pure strawberry puree and layered with strawberry jam and strawberry cream cheese. This is an amazing, naturally sweetened treat for Summer!

🍫☕️ Made a Baileys white chocolate and coffee tiramisu to ring in the New Year!

It features made-from-scratch Ladyfingers, a hint of cinnamon, and is dipped in Baileys infused coffee. It is filled with light white chocolate marscapone filling flavored with Baileys and topped with a dusting of cocoa, whipped cream Baileys rosettes, and vanilla meringue kisses.

🍫🍒 It has been a busy start to Summer baking! Loved making this mile high rich chocolate cake, featuring a homemade dark cherry filling and luscious chocolate ganache coating, encased in a hand-crafted white chocolate lace collar. Absolutely delicious! 🤎

This year's Easter treat was a luscious two-layered cheesecake inspired by Terry's Chocolate Orange. It was made with a decadent chocolate layer, a fresh second layer naturally infused with oranges, and decorated with chocolate ganache frosting and candied oranges.

Also had some fun making artistic bird nests handcrafted from melted Belgian white, dark, and milk chocolate and filled with Easter treats.

Happy Valentine's Day! 💝🍫

These stunning tempered chocolates feature a bright and vibrant lime ganache in a white chocolate shell decorated with tempered and colored cocoa butter, and a luscious rich caramel ganache in a dark chocolate shell with edible gold hearts. Every part of these chocolates is handmade and hand painted. They are almost too pretty to eat!

❄️☃️ Today's holiday bake: snow globe cookies! These were so fun to make and turned out so realistic.

🎄🍄🍫 This year's Christmas bake was a Bouche de Noel, or yule log, with Great British Bake Off finalist, Dan Beasley Harling.

It was made with chocolate sponge rolled with a salted caramel swiss meringue buttercream, and decorated with a rich dark chocolate swiss meringue buttercream. It was topped with handcrafted mushrooms made of piped meringue and dusted cocoa. The finishing touches were fresh rosemary, sugared cranberries, and graham cracker moss.

It was almost too cute to eat!

Kicking off the holiday baking with Babka and Viennese biscuits!

The Babka is sweet and fluffy with ribbons of chocolate hazelnut ganache, toasted pecans, and candied cherries. The Viennese biscuits are delicate, buttery, and dipped in a rich dark chocolate.
