Good evening everyone! I hope everyone was able to stay dry on this rainy weekend.

Two orders for this weekend, both were for tear away cakes (cupcakes). The first was for a dirt bike track, which I do believe looked pretty good and the second was Avengers (I think 😂). I went out on a limb for that one and decided to go freehand for their designs. I nailed the colours most definitely and did a pretty decent job considering I was copying a picture.

Good afternoon all! I’m a bit behind in posting but it’s been rather hectic. Recent orders were a repeat of the Gabbys number 5 cupcakes. Changed up design and toppers for that one. Then a fun heart cake in black and white “rip 20’s hello 30’s” Cookies and cream cake with cookies and cream inside the buttercream. I was given permission to put my own flair on it. Everything is edible - either chocolate or candy. So much fun to do.

So happy with how this weekend’s cakes turned out. Totally not a fan of the heart/ruffle cakes but I think I did okay with it. It was a 4 layer marble cake. I haven’t yet figured out how to get the ruffle on correctly. And if I had a sprayer for the sparkles I definitely would have added them too it. The Batman cake turned out fabulous. I love doing the sheet cakes. They are fun to make. It took a while to do the top as it’s completely individual dots which is so hard on the hands 😂 I think I did them both well this weekend. I am happy with the results.
