These were cinnamon roll cheesecake tarts from a couple of weeks back!

Listen, you always need to have a Plan B, and C and D

While i have made a cinnamon roll cheesecake before, i did not have enough flour and my dough wasn't doughing right.

Reworked the plan as an experiment, and my customer ended up wanting more tarts instead of the intended cheesecakes with cinnamon roll bottoms!

The extras did not last more than 24 hours 😜
