UP NEXT! I can't believe we are coming to our last Spooky Sandwich Series week! Thanks for being as enthusiastic as us about this silly little fall tradition. We just love the 'Ber months and everything quirky and fun! Life is wild, sometimes escape means trying a highly niche themed sandwich for lunch from your favorite weirdo cafe!

A couple fun thing for this week:

🫦Rocky Horror is this week's theme...it's a hot dog of course!

🌀 The Twilight Scone - each day next week we will have a mystery scone flavor (all nut free, we will post any other allergens).

Details: you buy the scone, you try the scone, you grab a ballot and check off what mystery ingredients that are in that scone and drop it in the ballot box with your contact details. Get 2/3 mystery ingredients correct and you win a FREE SCONE to redeem any time in November! Try each one! 4 chances to win 4 free scones! This is an in person situation only at the cafe. Which means you're going to have to take a bite and make your guesses. You can also pop back with your ballot before the end of the week! Ballot box closes at 230 on Fri Oct 30 and we'll post/send you a note if you got em right on HALLOWEEN 🎃

Each year this here sandwich series has been nothing but pure love for everything Wild at Heart and weird on top. And having the freedom to create and find inspiration in cult classics, to turn them into something entirely different has me just as stoked as Sailor and his snakeskin jacket. So here we have Sailor's Fortune

Alright babes! Spooky Sando Series is back! 🪱🕸️💜

"I will not stop living and breathing art because you want something more palatable, more conventional. You can have all the club sandwiches you want next week. I will work with you in this hellhole but I must express myself. And if you don't let me gut this whole lunch menu and make it my own I will go insane and I will take you with me."

Delia Deetz, an icon beyond words and worlds now (Rip Catherine 💛). In a world where everything can feel so mundane and drab, I ask you this, why not at least for this week make the choice to be strange and unusual. If nothing more it will give you a deeper insight into what you think you want vs what might make you experience something different. Because whether you like it, love it or loathe it, trying something new will make you feel something, and isn't that what life's all about?

This week's special is definitely special!
Tartine style, a thick slice of grilled multigrain bread, caramelized onion jam, pickled fennel, feta, roasted delicata squash, arugula, roasted grapes, sunflower granola, chamomile honey and bee pollen. It's weird and wonderful, just like Beetlejuice!

Soups are
Tomato basil
Apple miso squash
(Both GF + Vegan)

Grab + go salad is a nice roasted sweet potato, greens etc with tahini vin.

The Pre Game is on special this week to get you all ready for your weekend snacking!
All made from scratch!
Toasted herb bread, garlic aioli, brined and roasted turkey breast slices, apple cran sauce, roasted squash + greens. We have a veggie option with sweet potato. No GF option this week!

Our soups are
Creamy tomato - Vegan + GF
Greek Potato - Vegetarian + GF

Bean medley salad in the case with plenty of veg and a lemon vinaigrette.
