Hey Everyone Here is the baking update!! Production issues (the sheer volume of orders) has created some delays. The remaining cookies will be baked on Wednesday. Deliveries will start on Thursday. Thanks for your patience!!!

A lot of people have asked what I am raising money for. For the past 2 years I have worked with the Saint Mary's University Student if Free Enterprise (SIFE) team running a project in my old elementary school to help the kids there learn about the environment and do more to take care of the world around us. The conference in Washington will bring together SIFE students from all over the world to present projects they did in their communities. I am really excited!!!

In life and business you are only as successful as those that support you. A big thanks to all of you for all of YOUR support. One person I would especially like to thank is my chef mentor Jessi Gillis.

She has been teaching me everything I need to know about cooking and has been a huge support in the launch of this business. In addition to providing me a kitchen to cook in she has given me the recipes for the two bacon themed cookies. I will be getting all the bacon for the cookies from her butchery The Highland Drive Storehouse.

This will wet your appetite...it is the Hot-Chocolate Cookie. A ball of chocolate infused with a hint of chilli, rolled in cinnamon and sugar and then topped with crumbled chilli chocolate....not to be missed!!!
