These golden butter tarts are made with Nova Scotia maple syrup from our market neighbour, Neil Ripley, who sells the most amazing maple products and homemade jams 😊 It’s the best maple syrup I’ve ever tried: rich, flavourful, and absolutely perfect for baking. (The tarts are topped with crunchy pecans too!)
And because Valentine’s Day is just around the corner ❤️ we also prepared festive chocolates and meringues.
