NEW CHEESE: Taleggio DOP 🇮🇹

Meet Capriolo — a semi-soft washed-rind cheese from Lombardy, aged at least 35 days on wooden boards and hand-brushed weekly with brine.
Don’t let the barnyard nose fool you. Underneath that blushing pink rind is a buttery, milky paste with a gentle tang and a whisper of truffle on the finish. Mild where you expect bold, creamy where you expect firm.
Best served just shy of room temp with honey, fig jam, and a crusty baguette.
Add it to your next grazing box.
