Baked this absolutely delish super moist Hersheys chocolate cake with coffee choco buttercream for hubby's birthday. Totally love the way it turned out! The buttercream was made using a combination of whipped cream and butter in addition to some yummy melted Hersheys chocolate. 🍫

Celebrating milestones, one cake at a time!

Last week, I made this delicious vanilla cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream frosting for my birthday. I had been hoping to experiment the ombré theme design in my cakes this year. I decided what better occasion than my special day to trying it out. I am absolutely in love with the lavender hues and the stencil design! 💜

Life's a road trip and this cake is the perfect pit stop 🚸🚦🛑 🎂

This weekend bake was an absolute delight! 🙂 I got the opportunity to work on this car themed cake to bring in little Liam's special day ❤️

This super moist delicious chocolate cake has milk chocolate ganache filling. The white chocolate ganache is what I used for the frosting & icing.

Are y'all set for Christmas already?

Well I'm ready - atleast with my special bake for the year end! Presenting a Christmas themed semi-naked chocolate cake teamed with chocolate ganache. There's no amount of fondant used to create the cake toppers. Yes, you got that right! It's all chocolate and Biscoff cookies.

🎄Christmas Plum Cake🎄🎅🏻

I'm so thrilled to recreate this super delicious Plum cake from my childhood!

CHRISTMAS celebrations would be incomplete without a visit to our next door neighbours in India. I can never forget the smell and taste of this cake that Aunty Ferro would bake every year on Christmas. I had hoped I could bake it some day. So I tried to put together all ingredients for this Goan Christmas cake recipe and boy, I am so surprised! It's like I travelled back in time.. YUM!

The last time I had had this cake was almost 17 years ago and am absolutely delighted I could achieve the exact same flavour! The whiff of it is already making me go into the holiday mood 🎄🎁🌲☃️

Celebrating hubby's birthday with the very delectable Pineapple Cake 🍍

Absolutely love the waves formation created using a combination of yellow and white colour whipped cream! 😍

If you're a Pineapple lover, this light, airy, super moist, lip smacking delicious cake with an intense Pineapple flavour is what you need for your special occasions. 😋

Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake 🥮

I don't get to bake as often as I used to previously but I'm very glad when I do I thoroughly enjoy the experience.

This cheesecake was set in the fridge overnight compared to the traditional method of baking in the oven. But let me tell you whichever method you choose to follow, a Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake can never disappoint you. It was super delish! I did combine a couple of designs to prepare the cake for my birthday 🎂. And my my this gorgeous beauty turned out to be as perfect as I'd invisaged!
