Hello everyone! My name is Elbio, and I’m the founder of Molde Bakery & Food.

For those who don’t know me, I’m from Argentina where I studied Culinary Arts & Pastry and spent years working as a chef across different parts of the country.

In 2021, I moved to Canada with my wife and our two children. After stepping away from the kitchen back in Argentina and building a career in mold making, I realized how much I missed cooking.

I brought my passion back to life and started Molde Bakery & Food, with one simple goal, to share the flavors, traditions, and warmth of Argentina with our community here in Nova Scotia.
