The Little Tart Haliburton Ontario's tart shop! Real home baking in cottage country! Everything prepared by hand, from scratch and baked on site. Butter tarts? Of course!

The Little Tart is Haliburton's little tart shop; owned and operated by Bill and Theresa Ross. We are located in the town of Donald just 8km south of Haliburton off of Gelert Road. (That's a ten minute car ride!) Simply follow Gelert road to Koshlong Lake Road and turn at the sandwich board. We'll be here waiting!

We still have one more summer weekend ahead and we're already prepping!

If I could have a moment of your time before I return you to your regularly scheduled scrolling... we have a new rumor to squash.

We don't know who started it but it has reached us several times now and so we need to address it.

Bill and I are NOT retiring this year. We are already looking toward next year.

If this rumor reaches you, please, please, please squash it.

We get it, we're looking a little haggard but we are not done yet! There's still a lot of baking making to go, my friends!
