Sweet potato is so wonderful for dogs! it can be enjoyed pureed, used as a moisture basis for treats, added to food for digestive upset, and dehydrated into nice crispy chips. It's an excellent source of dietary fibre and, as such, it can reduce the risk of heart disease 😀...

BUT, it's always important to think about moderation. If your dog is diabetic or struggles with obesity, use sparingly. It can easily be replaced with carrots which pack their own nutritional wallop!
