I made this cake for a brunch I was attending as one of the guests was celebrating her birthday this week.

It is a pistachio cake with layers of white chocolate mousse and raspberry compote. Frosted with Italian meringue buttercream.

The cupcakes with the flowers are called wedding cupcakes. They are a delicate, tender almond cake filled with raspberry jam frosted with buttercream. The ones on the right are chocolate malt cupcakes with chocolate malt buttercream.

I am so delighted with how this little beauty turned out. Beautiful blush rose colour with assorted size edible white pearls. The original concept was a rectangle long cake and then the bride decided on a two tier with pearls.She was happy and so was I. The bottom tier is vanilla with raspberry filling and the top is vanilla filled with salted caramel.

A Dinosaur number one cake and smash cake for a sweet one year old! The smash cake is vanilla with chocolate frosting. The number one cake is vanilla with salted caramel frosting and salted caramel filling. The little dinosaurs are made of chocolate.
