Wedding cakes don’t always have to be traditional. This whimsical Alice in Wonderland themed wedding cake was so fun to create! The top tier was Vanilla cake with chocolate buttercream, middle tier chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream, and bottom tier marble cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla buttercream. The cake was delivered to the fabulous White Oaks Resort and Spa.

This Adidas shoe cake would definitely be the superstar at any party! Both the shoe and the shoebox were made out of cake and all design elements were edible. Chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream. I hope you had a wonderful birthday Gaby!

I am a huge Stranger Things fan so I was excited to create this cake and cookie order. My favourite part was making The Demogorgon topper which was completely edible. Both tiers of the cake were red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream. The sugar cookies were fun to make as well. They are almost too cute to eat!

I delivered this buttercream beauty yesterday for a wedding at Peninsula Ridge Estates Winery Such a pretty colour scheme! Congratulations Sherri and Attila! Top and bottom tiers were vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream, and the middle tier was lemon cake with raspberry buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream.

Rustic elegance. I recently made this semi-naked style wedding cake adorned with fresh flowers. I just love this style! Both tears were vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. I delivered the cake to the very picturesque Stonewall Estates. Congratulations Amber!

We celebrated my son Brendan’s high school graduation this past weekend. He graduated with the gold medallion Scholar’s Award and the certificate of endorsement in technological education award. We are so proud of you Brendan congratulations! The cake was chocolate with cookies and cream buttercream filling and Canadian maple buttercream.
