Queen’s Academy of Cake Decoration This page of ours is basically to bring to you Cake Decoration in the form of Course 1,2 & 3, along with some Project Classes as well.

WILTON METHOD COURSES
The Courses will be taught by Cheryl who is a Certified Wilton Method Instructor. Each course consists of four, two-hour sessions or two, four-hour sessions. Wilton has been making it easy for people to create amazing cakes and sweet treats for the last 85 years now. Students will learn foundational skills, they will learn to decorate cakes and treats with a variety of medium

s like buttercream, royal icing, fondant and gumpaste. Wilton recommends that all students start with Course 1. But those with decorating experience may choose a different starting point. At the end of each course students will be awarded a Certificate of Completion on full attendence of each course.
