Baking equipment yard sale Saturday, April 25 from 11am - 2pm located near Ethelbert Street and Pine Street (dm for exact address). Rain or shine, will be setup inside a house, selling the nuts and bolts of Shift Bakehouse: there won’t be any baked goods available here (absolutely no baked goods…saying that again: no baking), selling equipment and small wares only, no holds. Equipment prices vary from $5 to very expensive, come take a look, there’s stuff available for home bakers as well as those looking to upgrade or compliment their store front. Some of the items include:
-Mistral 5 pan convection oven
-Rondo table top sheeter
-winholt proofing cabinet
-20 sheet pan rack
-a lot of various sized chrome wire shelving
-sheet pans: 15x21, 18x26, 18x26 perforated
-silicone mats
-heavy duty 12 cavity muffin pans
-matfer tart molds
-NSF food grade storage bins
-cambro bins 6qt to 22qt
-two compartment sink with goose neck faucet
-grease trap
-pastry brushes, cutlery, cutters, bread baskets
-folding plastic tables used for the Sudbury market
-cake/scone rings

Second sale date is tentatively scheduled for Saturday May 2 from 11am-2pm.

Sometimes it’s best to let a dream die…I’m finally getting setup to sell equipment. That includes the commercial two fridge and two door freezer, wood bakers table 30”x84”, stainless steel tables, two comp sink, hand sink, a lot of cambros and ingredient bins, bus tubs, speed racks, proofing boards, 18x26 sheet plans, to name a few. The 25kg spiral mixer might be for sale…might. Anyway, have to organize this a bit better and then start listing it all, DM any inquiries. Thanks to for the new door!
