And that’s a wrap on the 2026 wedding season! 🥂🤍

What a season it has been! So many beautiful weddings, amazing couples, incredible vendors, and memories I’ll be carrying with me for a long time.

To every couple who trusted Wedding BFF to be part of their special day, THANK YOU! Whether I was planning, coordinating, officiating, or a little bit of everything, it was an absolute pleasure being part of your story.

Now it’s time to enjoy a few weekends off, catch up on life outside of weddings, and start looking ahead to all the exciting things coming in 2027!

They say rain on your wedding day is good luck… but what about SNOW?! ❄️😂

Well, Mother Nature certainly has a sense of humour today!

Wedding BFF is heading out for TWO weddings today! 💍💕 I have the honour of officiating both ceremonies and coordinating one of these beautiful celebrations!

A little snow definitely wasn’t on the wedding day checklist, but we’re rolling with it! After all, a little unexpected weather makes for a great wedding story! 🤍

Here’s to two beautiful couples, lots of love, and just a little snow on the ground to make the day extra memorable! 🥂

22 weddings down… 2 more weddings and 1 corporate event to go! 💕🥂

What. A. Season. ✨

From beautiful ceremonies and unforgettable celebrations to last-minute changes, happy tears, endless laughs, and everything in between… it’s been a busy few months!

And let’s not forget all the places wedding planning has happened this season! On my way into work, during my lunch breaks, as the passenger princess in the car 👑😂, and pretty much anywhere I could squeeze in a few minutes to answer emails, update timelines, or check something off the never-ending to-do list!

We’re not quite ready to hang up our wedding planner hats just yet, but as the season starts to wind down, I’m looking forward to a little slower pace, some relaxing weekends, and finally tackling a few projects around the house that have been patiently waiting for my attention! 😂

So grateful for every couple who trusted Wedding BFF to be part of their day. It’s been a busy season, and I wouldn’t trade the experiences or the amazing people I’ve met along the way. 💗

From the reindeer (that’s a story for another day 🦌😂) to the incredible people, amazing food, nonstop laughter and dancing… this wedding was definitely one for the books!

These are the days that remind me why I love what I do so much! The memories, the unexpected moments and all the fun in between. 🩷

So grateful to have been part of such an unforgettable celebration!

✨ THE MANY HATS OF YOUR WEDDING BFF

Being a wedding planner means wearing A LOT of different hats… and trust me, no two wedding days are ever the same. 😂💍

On any given wedding day, you might find me:

💍 Officiating your ceremony
👗 Steaming dresses, linens… and pretty much anything that needs steaming
🎨 Finishing up DIY décor
🐶 Playing with puppies
🐄 And apparently making friends with cows too 😂
🍰 Setting up desserts
🦌 Listening to reindeer
🚗 Travelling near and far
📸 Playing with photo booth props
🚌 Setting up a party bus snacks straight from the trunk of my vehicle
🌧️ Creating and executing rain plans
💃 Dancing when the moment calls for it
🌎 Learning about and incorporating different traditions and customs
🪑 Setting up, moving, fixing, fluffing and adjusting ALL the things
🧯 Putting out the little fires before you even know they happened
❤️ And being your calm, go-to BFF through it all.

The list goes on and on…and that’s exactly why I love this job.

Wedding planner. Coordinator. Officiant. Decorator. Problem solver. Snack supplier. Animal wrangler. Dance partner. Professional “I’ve got it” person.
