Yes, I know this is weird… 😂💨👟

But here I am, blow drying my shoes because apparently I forgot to wash them after last weekend’s mud wedding fest. 😂🌧️🤦‍♀️

Wedding planner life is nothing if not glamorous. 💅🏻

Made it to Manitoulin, checked into the hotel, had an absolutely top-notch dinner at the conference centre 👌🏻✨ and now we’re getting ready for TOMORROW!

So excited to coordinate + decorate for J & S and watch all the pieces of their day come together. 💕💍

☔️✨ One last sneak peek for K&P…

The rain came. The umbrellas came. Mary Poppins even made an appearance. 😂☂️ But absolutely NOTHING was stopping this wedding day from being magical.

Through every raindrop and every beautiful moment, Wedding BFF was so incredibly proud to be there, helping bring this day to life and watching these two celebrate surrounded by so much love. 🤍

Because yesterday was giving rain. chaos. pivot. repeat. ☔️

There were Plan B’s… Plan C’s… and I’m pretty sure we made it all the way to Plan D. 😂 But that’s wedding days sometimes — you pivot, problem-solve, wipe off the lens and KEEP. IT. MOVING. 💪🏼💍

And somehow? It all came together BEAUTIFULLY. 🤍

Apparently Mother Nature wanted to be on the guest list today… and she came in DRAMATIC. 😂🌧️

A torrential downpour, flooding, mud (so much mud), soaked shoes and a whole lot of pivoting — but absolutely nothing was stopping K & P from getting married today. 🤍💍

When your Wedding BFF asks… and the bride DELIVERS. 👏🏼💍✨

I asked my bride to have each table organized with all of its personalized items, along with a little diagram showing exactly how she wanted everything placed.

And GIRL. She understood the assignment. 💅🏼😂

Everything was sorted, labelled, organized and ready to go — making setup an absolute DREAM and allowing us to bring her vision to life exactly the way she imagined it. 🤍

Brides, take notes because this is how you make your coordinator’s heart VERY happy. 😂🫶🏼

Still not over yesterday. 💕✨

M & M’s Manitoulin Island wedding was UNREAL in every possible way. From the love between these two, to the incredible family and friends surrounding them, the entire day just felt so special. 🥹💍

There’s something pretty amazing about being welcomed into someone’s space, trusted with all the little details, and getting to celebrate right alongside the people who mean the most to them. M & M, thank you for trusting us with your day and letting Wedding BFF be part of such a beautiful chapter. 🤍

📍 Manitoulin Island — we have ARRIVED! 💍✨

Rehearsal night for M & M was SO much fun, and if tonight was any indication, tomorrow is going to be an absolute blast. 🥹🩷

After months of planning, timelines, details, emails and all the behind-the-scenes magic, I cannot wait to watch it all come together tomorrow. And the best part? I get to marry these two AND coordinate the beautiful day they’ve worked so hard to create. 💒✨
