An old favorite!! Powdered banana cream filled donuts!! 🍩 If you remember the Hole in One Donuts Shop on Notre Dame in the Flour Mill, then you remember the endless flavors of filled powdered donuts. My dad would stop in on his way home from a graveyard shift at Inco and buy a bag full of their day olds.... warm them up and they were delicious for breakfast 🤣🤣. My favorites were banana 🍌, blueberry🫐 and lemon 🍋

CARROT CAKE for a birthday celebration! Not everybody likes cream cheese frosting, so this is a Brown Sugar Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It gives a light caramel taste that pairs perfectly with carrot cake! 🍰🎂😊

It's been a busy weekend for "cupcake" weddings! 14 dozen, pretty piped buttercream florals. Time to clean my kitchen and start baking for 2 birthday cakes for tomorrow!

There's been a lot of weddings this summer! This beauty was a Large Tier consisting of Spice cake with brown butter cream cheese filling for the top tier. The middle tier was a rich chocolate cake with a salted caramel filling and the bottom tier was a Vanilla Blueberry cake filled with a blueberry compote!
