Our new Butter Tart Toffee Cookies are made with pieces of our butter tarts baked right into our sourdough cookie base dough. They’re buttery, caramel-y and absolutely delicious! 🤤

Croutons are made with our sourdough, tossed in butter, garlic & herbs, then roasted until golden and crunchy. 🤤 Perfect for salads, soups… or just eating straight out of the bag! 😂

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to make any Pulla products this week, but we will have some for you again soon! ❤️

After MANY practice runs, I can finally say it… I made a delicious sourdough loaf using 1847 Flour’s Daily Bread flour! 🙌🍞

This flour has definitely been a learning curve, but I finally figured it out and I’m SO happy with how this loaf turned out! 😍

And yes, for anyone wanting sourdough bread made from quality fresh milled Ontario flour… you should be seeing this one on the menu very soon! 👀❤️

I can’t wait for you guys to try it!

A Little Fall Price Update 🍂🥖

A little heads-up for all of my Bread Shed customers! 🧡

Starting September 1st, there will be a small price adjustment across the Bread Shed and Market menus.

I’ve worked hard to keep my prices as low as possible for as long as I could, but with the continued increase in the cost of ingredients, packaging, supplies and the overall cost of running a small bakery, it’s time for a little adjustment.

This will allow me to continue using quality ingredients and putting the same time, care and love into everything I make from scratch.

Prices on individual items will vary depending on the product and ingredients, and you’ll always find the current prices posted with each weekly menu.

Thank you so much for continuing to support my little bakery. Every Bread Shed stop, market visit, order, share and recommendation means more than you know. ❤️

🚪 Bread Shed Update 🥖

Just a heads up that the Bread Shed will be CLOSED on Friday, August 7 and Saturday, August 8.

We’ll be back open next weekend with fresh sourdough and baked goodies! Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support of our little Bread Shed. ❤️
