Made this 10" cafe mocha layered cheesecake with chocolate covered coffee beans for a special birthday girl! This Thanksgiving I am reflecting on a lot of things that I am grateful for. Thank you to my regular customers who haven't forgotten about me! Its been a roller coaster the last couple years. Glad to be baking again! God bless and Happy Thanksgiving!
