🇨🇴We want to give a huge thank you to the Colombia Per Sudbury foundation and family for making this event possible! We had such a great time, and every year it just keeps getting bigger and better👏🏼
You can truly see the love and hard work that goes into turning ideas into reality.

It was amazing to see not only the Colombian community, but also people from all over the world who now call Sudbury home, along with so many locals who came out to support the event. That meant a lot🫶🏼

I wore my Colombian T-shirt (seen on the last picture) designed by Magu Firm | Marketing and Communications , a local marketing firm founded by Colombians. We saw them working hard all day, and I can’t wait to see the final photos and videos!
The T-shirt was also a collaboration with the local brand North Pole_Gifts | Gift shop whose owner creates beautiful branded print products, stationery, seasonal gifts and more!
She’s also a big part of the Colombia Per Sudbury organization, and it was so nice to see her and her husband there from early in the morning, helping set up, singing, and joining the dances.

I got a little emotional at the end of the day. I had just finished a video call with my mom when they started singing the Colombian national anthem. I definitely wasn’t expecting that, and with all these hormones, it brought up so many emotions. If you’re an immigrant, you’ll understand❤️

Thanks again to everyone who made this event so special. We sold out of several of our products and went home incredibly happy. It was a success in every way, and we can’t wait to see you all again next year!

Colombian Pineapple Buns/Pan Piñita🍍🍞
A sweet butter and egg bun, topped with sugar and glazed after baked with pineapple syrup!
This and a “café con leche”/hot latte por favor☕️

This is our launch for our first bread product and you can find it today at the Colombia Per Sudbury market from 10AM - 9PM at 📍34 Larch St. We made limited quantities🍞
