🍊💋 ALANI ORANGE KISS VIBES 🌺🦩
I’m pretty sure we’ve all seen them—the aesthetic Alani cans popping up everywhere! Their can designs are always ✨on point✨, so I was very excited when I got creative freedom to design this cake for a young teen. 🩷

And since this cake already made its early debut on Instagram Stories yesterday… in their world, that means it was loved. 🥰💕

✨ CINNAMON TOAST ✨
My signature cinnamon cake baked with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch crust, layered with silky Swiss meringue buttercream + Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumble, then finished in smooth buttercream. 🤎✨

For the design, I pulled all my inspiration from the fun, vibrant colours of Alani Orange Kiss 🍊💋 and brought the whole aesthetic to life with:

🦩 Flamingo + orange decorated sugar cookies
🌿 Edible wafer leaves
🧊 Jello “ice cubes”
🍊 A large royal icing transfer featuring the Alani logo
🥤 And, of course, a can of Alani Orange Kiss right on top!

Fun, colourful, girly, a little sassy… and totally teen-approved. 💕🌺🦩

This one was SO much fun to create! 🍊💋✨

The annual Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Cake 🍋 🫐

It’s become an annual tradition for one of my customers, to celebrate her husband’s birthday each year with this cake.

Two layers of my lemon 🍋 blueberry 🫐 cake, with a whole blueberry 🫐 cheesecake as the middle layer, with fresh lemon 🍋 cream cheese frosting between each layer. Finished in lemon 🍋 cream cheese frosting, topped with fresh blueberries 🫐, lemon decorated sugar cookies, mini pansies from my garden.

My signature chocolate cake baked with a sandwich cookie crust, layered with silky vanilla buttercream generously packed with Oreo cookie pieces. 🤎🤍

Finished in dreamy buttercream, with fun number & cookie toppers, fluffy fondant clouds, and sprinkles of unicorn magic to bring it all together. 🌈🦄✨

Because every unicorn deserves a cake that’s just as magical on the inside! 💫
