I have always been artistic and I have always had a love for food. When I discovered that I could mix the two together, I knew I had found my future career. I grew up in the area of Lambton Shores and left briefly when I was accepted into The Culinary Institute of Canada. I have been working in the industry for just about five years now and have gained lots of knowledge and experience along the way.
Wildflour is a cake studio offering an assortment of sweets and small 100% buttercream cakes available for walk-in purchases. As a pastry chef, I believe that superior taste is just as an important as a beautiful looking cake. I pride myself in using locally sourced ingredients and free-range eggs whenever possible and sourcing sustainable packaging for all of my sweets.
