A baker's dozen of sweets. $7.50 per package. Vanilla mini cupcakes, shortbread cookies and cinnamon swirl cake. 13 pieces. You can really taste the difference small batch, from scratch baking makes using real butter and gourmet, pure vanilla. But my customers already know that. 🙂

Hello cake lovers!! I know I haven't posted for awhile. I'm still here, working away. Splitting my time between the cakes and the flowers (flowersonhighland). This cake was for the serious chocolate lover. Double chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache and chocolate modeling fondant. Only the gold wasn't chocolate!!

This was my last wedding of 2023. Cakestruck did the cake, Flowers on Highland did the flowers. Both me! (That's me, unwrapping the food.)

I felt so honored to do this for friends and be able to witness the intimate wedding celebration of Sean and Cami. What a fantastic way to end year.

Seasons are forever changing and cake styles and flavours move them with. Fall saw various pumpkin shaped cakes with an old fashion Midwife Molasses Cake ( ) with pumpkin spice buttercream and rich extra brute chocolate cakes with expresso buttercream. Yumm! Let's see what Winter brings.
