Hi Chocolate Moose Bakery Customers,
2020 has been a crazy year!

On top of Covid-19 and a halt to our business renovations, we were dealt another blow when Mom (the baker of all the deliciousness!) was diagnosed with breast cancer this past summer. Surgery went very well and test results show that chemo is not necessary. However, though caught early, it is an aggressive cancer, and the oncologist feels that radiation therapy may be beneficial to improve her chances of cancer NOT returning. Mom has decided to proceed with the radiation and will begin within the next couple of weeks. This means she will be travelling to St. John's and staying there until Christmas to complete 25 treatments.

Unfortunately, we cannot help but sadly announce that our bakery will not be open to provide your Christmas baking or holiday meals this year. We have spent the last several years making your families favourite homemade cookies, pies, and sweet treats! We are so thankful to have had this opportunity and hope that 2021 will bring mom health and put her back in the kitchen again!

We believe in both the healing power of God and in the wonder of modern medicine. So we ask that you join us over the next few weeks in sending your prayers, positive vibes, and any other transmission of good energy.

We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who have continued to shop at our store. We do not exist without our faithful customers! Wishing you all a very happy holiday season full of love and blessings! We hope to see you soon!

We are RENOVATING!
Sorry for the huge mess at our location but we are working on some major improvements.
Because of the renovations, we are not open in our cafe for meals. Bakery items are still ongoing and can be found for sale at the store. If there's a particular item you need (pies, cookies, breads, etc.) please still give us a call 453-2262 and we will do our best to accommodate.
We ask that you please be very cautious when coming onto our property because contractors are on site with heavy equipment. This makes our parking area even more congested than before!
