We’re always looking for ways to improve — our bread, our service, our atmosphere and, of course, our banter levels — so reviews like this are invaluable.

“Don’t waste your time!”

The detail. The insight. Food: 1. Service: 1. Atmosphere: 1.

There’s really a lot for us to work with here.

We did ask Mark when he visited and what happened, but sadly he hasn’t elaborated, so we’re left to reflect and grow on our own.

Perhaps he didn’t want bread? Maybe he was looking for a shovel? A rake? Patio furniture? In which case, Mark is absolutely correct: a trip to our bakery would be a complete waste of time.

If, however, you are looking for bread, sandwiches or questionable banter, we still think there’s a reasonable chance you’ll find the journey worthwhile.

Thanks again, Mark. Our first one-star. We’ll never forget you. 🥹⭐

P.S. Don’t waste your time coming this week either, because we’re closed until the 26th. 😂

A little summer break ☀️

Hi all! We’ll be closing after this Saturday, August 15th for a well needed family break.
🍞 We’ll be baking again on Wednesday, August 26th, with bread available at IGA and Seaweeds.
The bakery will reopen on Thursday, August 27th.

If you’d like us to put some bread aside for you before we close, just reach out! We’ll also have some extra sliced frozen loaves available this week if you’d like to stock up

Have you seen the new kegerator at the bakery and wondered when's the beer coming? Well, it's not, but we are pouring soda water to make Italian Sodas with our house made syrups. Our current flavours are Blueberry, fig leaf(tastes like coconut), and JusTea | Justly Made Tea purple rain(lemongrass, apple, hibiscus).
You can have them straight up or dirty(with a splash of cream).
