Join us for our long-awaited 6-week baking course starting on October 27th

Whether it’s an early Christmas present or a special birthday surprise, this course is the perfect gift for young bakers-in-training.

Each Sunday, for 6 weeks, aspiring young bakers ages 6-16 will embark on a journey of creativity and skill-building 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳

Week 1 (October 27th): Introduction to Baking - Basic baking techniques and equipment

- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Week 2 (November 3rd): Breads and Rolls
- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Week 3 (November 10th): Cakes and Cupcakes
- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Week 4 (November 17th): Pies and Tarts
- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Week 5 (November 24th): Cookies and Brownies
- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Week 6 (December 1st): Advanced Baking
- Kids (ages 6-10): 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Teens (ages 11-16): 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Location: Gibsons Public Market
Cost: $349 plus GST per student for the entire 6-week course

Each student will receive a beginner kit of baking supplies and a certification award upon completion of the course 💫

I am thrilled to announce my upcoming 4-week baking course designed exclusively for children aged 7 to 11 💛

If your child has a passion for baking or simply wants to explore the world of culinary delights, this course is the perfect opportunity for them to learn and have fun!

I will guide them through a series of hands-on activities, teaching them essential baking techniques, safety measures, and the art of creating delicious treats 🧑‍🍳

Each week, your child will explore a different aspect of baking, including:

Week 1: Introduction to Baking Basics - Your child will learn the fundamentals of baking, such as measuring ingredients, mixing techniques, and understanding recipe instructions.

Week 2: Cake Decorating - They will discover the art of cake decoration, from piping techniques to creating beautiful designs with fondant and edible decorations.

Week 3: Cookie Creations - Your child will master the art of making various types of cookies, from classic chocolate chip to creative shaped cookies.

Week 4: Bread Making - They will delve into the world of bread-making, learning how to knead dough and shape different bread.

Our baking course is not only educational but also a great opportunity for your child to develop essential life skills. They will learn teamwork, time management, creativity, and patience while enjoying the delicious fruits of their labor.

March 2nd and March 9th
