I use Carob as a chocolate replacement and am versed in the art of raw vegan 'baked' goods. I know and understand the demand of sensitive bodies in children and adults alike. I will work with customers to create baked or unbaked goods to meet with every ones dietary needs. It is my joy and pleasure to see the smiles on peoples (especially children's) faces when they get to enjoy delicious treats that were created with Love and them in mind.
