Just wanted to give you an update. I’m not 100% yet BUT I’m definitely getting better everyday! Massage 2x/week and physio 2x/week is helping. The pain has gone from a constant 10/10 in a wide area to a steady 4/10 in a smaller area with occasional moments of intensity (it usually wakes me up in the middle of the night and I’m up for a period of time each night in a hot shower, using a heating bag, taking more meds, pacing and massaging it, and applying Kalaya cream). So while I’m still out of commission, I and finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m so beyond grateful for your patience & continued support!
I’ll be sure to post when I’m back to it! I can’t wait- the creative ideas that have come into my resting brain are ones I’m so looking forward to sharing with you all.🫶🤍💕

PS- I’ve spoken to so many drs, nurses, and professionals in their jobs- it’s imperative that anyone doing repetitive tasks (however seemingly mundane!) have a prevention plan in place to prevent injury/fatigue. It may be as simple as regular, monthly massages to keep problems at bay. Be sure to chat with your doctor or a physiotherapist for ways you can plan for longevity! 💪
