After a very long hiatus, the bread stand is going to be back in effect tomorrow at the corner of Porlier Pass and Highview! Whole wheat seed loaves (with sesame, flax, pumpkin, poppy and sunflower seeds), garlic and herb focaccia, and a small selection of bagels! Stop by any time and pick up something tasty :)

Tomorrow at the market I will be selling bagels with homemade cream cheese as well as pasta salad featuring Galiano-grown tomatoes, cucumbers and basil!

Hey guys, it's Fiesta Day at the Lion's field and at over at the market I have 42 loaves of bread and 8 dozen bagels plus a cooler full of spreads for sale! Come say hi and get a little gluten in your life today :)

Fresh bagels and cream cheese today at the stand! Jumbo everything and cheese and onion bagels in 4 packs for $6 each and plain or dill cream cheese for $5 each. Should be out by about 3:30 today :)

I am so happy and heart-warmed with my experience at the Galiano Saturday Market so far this year and especially today; it's amazing to get to meet my customers face to face and share my bread with folks from Galiano and those visiting our little paradise. A huge thank you to my new friend Kristen, who helped immensely today, to the incredibly gracious Lisa at Babes in the Woods for letting me use her kitchen, and to all those that stopped by to try some breads and spreads! New for the market this week and met with resounding satisfaction, I'm now making mini vanilla cheesecakes topped with white chocolate and raspberries, in addition to handmade bagels, focaccia, veggie and seed loaves, cream cheese, hummus, pesto and spinach artichoke dip.

Hey guys, lots of fresh bread available at the stand today! I went overboard for the market and it was a little slower than expected. Half a dozen loaves each of Garden of Eden veggie bread, Seed of Life whole wheat seed loaf and Heavenly Herbed Focaccia, all for $6 or $10 for 2! (The pricelist at the stand says $6 each but grab two for $10 and save yourself some moola by stocking up!)

So very excited for the first Galiano Saturday Market this weekend!

I will be there offering my Garden of Eden Loaf (whole wheat and packed full of veggies), Heavenly Herb and Garlic Focaccia Bread, Caramelized Onion and Garlic Hummus (all-organic available) in biodegradable containers, Seed of Life loaf and of course bagels!

Today I'm doing my first bread stand of the year! Spring has sprung and I have a half dozen "seed of life" loaves out at the new stand location at Porlier Pass and Galiano Way. Stop by and snag one :)
