One year of Ciao Amore 🥹🍦

A year of gelato, farmers markets, new flavours, early mornings, long days, lots of learning, and so many wonderful people along the way.

We’re especially grateful to our gelato maestro, James Coleridge, for sharing his knowledge, guidance, and passion for gelato with us. So much of what we’ve learned this year started with him. 💛

And of course, we’re so grateful for everyone who has supported us, stopped by for a scoop, bought a pint to share at your dinner table, shared a kind word, brought friends, and those who help us share Ciao Amore with even more people by selling our gelato!!

Our first year has been a lot of work, a lot of fun, and honestly, a little bit crazy 🤪 but we wouldn’t change it. 💛

Why is mint chocolate chip always so controversial? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ours might look a little different than you expect.
It’s not green because we use real mint leaves and let them gently infuse into the milk and cream. The color stays natural, while the mint has time to develop that fresh, authentic flavour.
