Fredericton, we need your input!

With the colder months coming, we’re starting to think about our winter hours at Cookies & Kim and we’d love to hear from you before we make any changes! 🤎

Would you rather see us:

-Open earlier & close earlier
-Open later & stay open later
- Keep our current hours

And a little update! Starting next week, we’ll be adding more grab-and-go lunch options to our menu!

Expect more:
🥗 Fresh salads
🍲 Warm soups
🥪 Sandwiches
🍪 Plus, of course, all your Cookies & Kim baked goodies and drinks! We will try our best to have gluten free & Vegan options.

Cozy up with our Pumpkin Spice Latte, made extra special with our housemade pumpkin syrup, cooked from real pumpkin! No shortcuts here.

And so far, the star of our fall treats has been our Apple Fritter Loaf. Soft, buttery, packed with apples and warm fall spices, it’s quickly becoming a customer favourite!

Even Mr. Cookie Capy approves! He takes his fall treats very seriously. 😂

Ube is one of the flavours at the heart of Cookies & Kim! 🇵🇭

For those who haven’t tried it yet, ube is a purple yam popular in Filipino desserts, known for its beautiful natural purple colour and subtly sweet, creamy, slightly nutty flavour.

And when we say ube, we mean REAL UBE. 💜 We use real ube in our baked goodies not just ube flavouring bringing you the authentic flavour we grew up loving.

From our Ube Cake, to our creamy Ube Latte and other ube-inspired treats, it’s one of the flavours that makes our café uniquely us.
