So hereโs the beginning of our tale.
It all started about a year ago during a family trip to Halifax. We were all in our car just throwing ideas of all the fun things to do in Nova Scotia when we stumbled upon the opportunity of bringing Halifax's favorite fried chicken to our hometown. The thought of sharing delicious Filipino dishes with our community filled us with excitement and hope.
However, as we embarked on this adventure, we were all too excited that we didn't know the challenges it brought. We wondered which flavors would be a hit, how we would manage our time, and whether people would enjoy our food as much as we do.
There are times that the answers to these wondering are heartbreaking.
But there are times that they are quickly forgotten with God's grace, your smiles and kind words when you taste our dishes. Your support has been our driving force, reminding us why we started this journey in the first place.
