Missed ordering a chocolate pecan pie? I got three friends. I’ve restocked the gf option and more pecan pie cheesecakes which if you cut in half would be so amazing after Thanksgiving dinner (I’m saving one for me for sure!). I’ve got pretzels to fuel you as you prep and the cinnamon buns are I’ll heat up beautifully for breakfast!

The first picture was a post three years ago exactly today and the second is how I spent it. That post from Dogtrix Inc was my favourite announcement of my first open day. Life is so different now. My sweet K&A are three years older but act 10 years older. That beautiful floofer is gone from the earth along with her kitty bestie, my dad, my in law’s matriarch and my beloved 24 years old Jakie. The way I get to be a part of the downtown business community, the way we celebrate together, grieve together, laugh together and cry together. Even the way my special customers know I love when they make it weird hahahaha. I am honoured to watch you marry, have kids and be a small part of celebrations at your table. The other night we tested the kids by asking how they’d feel if we closed and they said “so sad” which eases my mom guilt. We want to thank you for all of your support. For accepting my quietness on bad days that I need to be human, for accepting my babble driven by caffeine and how much I adore you and most of all loving us just how we are because, here’s where I get exceptionally mushy, we love you right back. Thank you thank you thank you. Happy 3 years together.
