So you’ll notice I am no longer posting closure days at the top. If you missed, you, don’t know why. Officially starting next Monday, June 8, I will be closed every Monday and open until six every weekday.

OK, let’s talk my soup today. It is reminiscent to me of borsch and sour cream. It is a creamy, but not too thick vegetable soup with potatoes, rice, carrots, and celery and sour cream

Also, the gluten friendly deserves a shout out. My good friend who requires friendly had a suggestion of Oreo bottomed cheesecake so I made smaller ones in cupcake liners and they are two per pack. Ignore the chili, wet weather and get your butts over here.

I made a decision today. I chose consistency but needing to make up the extra closed day hours so closed every Sunday and Monday and open until 6 pm on the weekdays. I hope that makes me more accessible for those who can’t make the 4pm closing again.
