And my reasoning for creating this page has been to mend my enjoyment of making homemade sourdough loaves, and eager to share it with those in my community for an affordable price! Nothing beats homemade bread, especially when you don't need to bake it yourself! Sourdough is a labour of love, and i'm more than willing, grateful, and excited to continue baking for customers like you!

Just a lil’ thankful post, fitting for the season.. 🦃 🥹🍂

✨ Really been extra thankful for this last week’s production and been thinking about all the lovely orders that have been filling up my inbox as of late. I am so thankful for all of your support in any and every way — there is nothing more rewarding than hearing all of your lovely compliments, or hearing from a new customer that they were recommended to me by one of my lovely regulars, and then growing into more and more familiar faces~

The feeling of community is addicting to me- and makes all the hours so special and rewarding. 🥹

I love producing sourdough, but there really is nothing else like making new friends, creating new memories, and hearing your stories about your lives, about the sourdough, and everything in between while handing over your wonderful orders 💞

So wether we have crossed our paths a few times, or many- I want to give my heart felt thank you for making my dream job a reality 💞🍂🍁

These Cinnamon Rolls are sooo addictive!😍🌟 With no use of commercial yeast—and only the magic of sourdough—this simple (yet absolutely deliciouuusss) treat will have you stealing the whole tray without feeling weighed down afterwards like normal cinnamon buns can do!! 😉🤤✨ because let’s be honest, we all deserve something a lil sweet after a long day! 🤪🌟🤩

Why get one flavour when you can try them all?! 🤩🎉✨

I cannot believe I once started with one loaf, and couldn’t even IMAGINE doing inclusion loaves!! Now, I’m making not only MULTIPLE loaves, but now different varieties, and pushing myself in ways I didn’t think possible- I’m SO excited to continue to continue the dream to make it to markets to serve more of you homemade, traditional sourdough to share with your friends, family, and a sweet little treat for yourselves !🥰🤣🤪

That the sourdough starter is the KEY to having your sourdough turn out?

Sourdough starter is made up of 2 simple ingredients:
1. Flour
2. Water
THATS IT! Isn’t that crazy?? 🤪

It’s a living bacteria that contains wild yeast and lactic acid ! The Starter eats the flour and producing carbon dioxide and little amounts of alcohol (meaning it’s naturally fermented!)

This gives sourdough its classic flavour- a nice subtle tang with a dash of sour- bringing extra flavour (and health benefits) to your tummy and our guts !!
