What a day! Some bread and bun orders-then my husband decided to bring donairs into work (nightshift) for his coworkers (apparently they planned this yesterday) so then I also had to make a ton of tzatziki sauce and 40 fresh pitas! (Fresh pitas are SO good! he did the rest of the donair work)

I’ll be making bread tomorrow. Anyone want some? $5/ loaf, $8/dozen buns.

Over the Christmas holidays I have discovered two good recipes that are gluten free. Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti (which I also make regular) and Amaretti Cookies (which are rich and made from almond flour). I will be finding out if I can make decent gluten free cinnamon buns next….
