A little update from Willow Haven Sourdough Co. and The Ville Bakehouse & Cafe🌿

The Bread Shed will not be open today as we continue working away behind the scenes transitioning everything over to our new café location.

It’s a busy season of moving, organizing, baking, cleaning, and trying to bring this dream to life one step at a time. ☕🍞

While we don’t have our full cafĂ© operation up and running just yet, we still want to make fresh sourdough available for the community while we work through this next chapter.

This Friday, we will have fresh bread, focaccia, scones, muffins and cookies available first come, first serve at:

Good morning, friends đŸ€

Despite the rain, we stocked the shelves in the Bread Shed this morning and the doors will be open at 10 AM with all pre-orders ready for pickup and some extras on the shelves.

Today feels a little bittersweet, because this will be our very last Bread Shed pickup at 2200 Winger Road. What started as a small little farm stand dream has grown into something so much bigger than we ever imagined, and that’s entirely because of this incredible community.

Starting next week, pickups will begin at our new location at 3727 W. Main Street as we transition into our bakery café space. Over the next couple of weeks, things may look a little different as we find our rhythm, so please bear with us as we navigate this exciting shift from farm stand pickups into full café operations.

We are currently waiting on the installation of our fancy new espresso machine ☕ and we truly cannot wait to officially open the doors and welcome this beautiful community into the cafĂ©.

Our updated menu, hours, and opening details will all be posted as we move closer to our official opening date, so please keep following along The Ville Bakehouse & Cafe this next chapter unfolds đŸ€

And please help us give the warmest welcome to Adele Burton who has joined us as our Hospitality & Operations Manager.

Many of you already know and love Adele, and I truly couldn’t imagine a better person to help bring this vision to life alongside me. From guest experience, scheduling, and social media to helping keep the day-to-day cafĂ© operations flowing smoothly, she will be an incredibly important part of The Ville Bakehouse & Cafe.

Her warmth, enthusiasm, work ethic, and genuine care for people make her such a beautiful fit for what we are creating here, and I am beyond grateful to have her by my side as we open our doors to the community đŸ€

Our goal has always been simple — to continue growing, improving, and creating a warm, welcoming place that brings a little happiness to everyone who walks through our doors.
