It’s been a minute, Fernie. 👋✨
I stepped away from the mixer for a while because... mid-life downsizing. But love (literally) brought me back. I was honored to be asked to bake for a sweet Valentine’s wedding this week, and because I physically cannot do things halfway, I baked a tiny micro-batch of extras just for you.
The PAL-ENTINE’S COLLECTION. I have exactly one more of the large boxes left (similar to pictured) and TWO smaller boxes of 4 cupcakes available (pictured soon). That’s it.
You’ll get wooden cutlery with every box because let’s be real, you’re probably going to eat these in your car after pick up, right?
The Menu (I obsessed over these so you don’t have to):
🥥 Toasted Coco: I stood over the stove reducing pure coconut cream to concentrate the flavor like a mad scientist. No extracts. Just pure obsession, filled with zesty lime curd.
🍋 Golden Lemon: Fluffy lemon cake hiding a heart of zingy lemon curd. It cures the no-snow blues.
🍓 Strawberry Confit: Vanilla bean cake meets a bright, house-made confit of local organic summer berries. It’s giving “farm-to-table” but make it filling.
🍫 Double Chocolate Dream: A decadent, double-chocolate situation. Ghirardelli & Callebaut chocolate cake topped with a silky Callebaut chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. Aggressively rich.
🧂 Salted Callebaut (only in Box B): Our signature vanilla bean cake paired with that same whipped Callebaut chocolate Swiss meringue, finished with a touch of salt.

Box A: The Main Squeeze ($80)
12 Cupcakes - 3 Toasted Coco, 3 Golden Lemon, 3 Strawberry Confit, and 3 Double Chocolate Dream.
Box B: The Sweetheart Duo ($28)
4 Cupcakes - 2 Strawberry Confit, and 2 Salted Callebaut.
