Swirls & Pearls is owned and operated by Kelsey Sheppard who has an R.S.E. as a cook and is working towards her Blue Seal. She was born and raised in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. She moved to Moose Jaw in 2012 to attend schooling. Kelsey attended SIAST in Moose Jaw in 2012 and completed a certificate in Culinary Arts. She then pursued a career in the culinary field and began her apprenticeship at such

places as The Wascana Private Country Club, and Grant Hall in Moose Jaw. She completed her Red Seal/Journeymen in September of 2015. Kelsey has always had a passion for baking and she especially loves cupcakes and smash cakes! She is always willing to try something new and exciting and is looking for a challenge.

I want to thank everyone who has allowed me to be part of your important moments - bridal showers, weddings, cake smashes, anniversaries and the just because.
You have all allowed me to create delicious treats to sweeten your important moments and I couldn't thank you enough.
