It’s always a little lottery to guess what I should bring and in what amount… Last week’s surprise favorite was my new recipe cheese rolls 🧀🥖 — they disappeared in no time! They might not be well-known yet, but with a little tasting at my table, the whole batch was gone almost instantly.

🌸 A big THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by my table at the Erin Farmers’ Market last week! 🌸

Your support means so much, and it was such a joy to share my fresh, gluten-free baking with you. 💛

✨ It was also the very first time I brought my new Caramel Chip Cookies — they were such a hit that I sold right down to the very last piece! The brownies and bread disappeared just as quickly, with even my tasting bread being sold because everything went so fast. 🥰

📌 Just a quick note: I won’t be at the market tomorrow, but I’ll be back the following week. In the meantime, if you’d like to place a custom order or want me to bring something special for you to the next market, you can reach me here on Messenger, by phone, or by e-mail. I’d be happy to bake something just for you.

The brownies and chocolate chip cookies were the clear favourites, and the pretzels sold out completely 🥨✨ (lesson learned—I’ll bring more this week!).
