Fall work season is here. I will now be making sourdough Thursdays with pick ups Friday and Saturdays for un frozen loafs. Frozen loafs available anytime with whatever we have on hand.
This weekend is plain, jalapeño Cheddar and marble rye sourdough. We still have a couple cinimon rasin loaves left from last weekend frozen available too.

I also have limited fresh eggs available for 5$ a dozen.

It's the weekend! Eve has been fed and we will start day one of another round of sourdough making tomorrow. Taking orders until tomorrow at noon for fresh baked loaves ready for pick up Sunday at noon and or later.

We have some fresh frozen available anytime as well.
Marble rye sourdough

Looking for something to warm up your tummy? Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough loaves fresh out of the oven this morning. Great for dipping in soup or just toasted with butter.

Made with our year old organic rye flour starter "Eve" Organic white wheat flour from Wolfgang's Grain and Flour, old Armstrong Cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeños.

We do not wash our eggs.

"Eggs have a natural coating called a “cuticle” or “bloom” that protects the contents from bacteria. When that cuticle is washed off, the semipermeable shell can allow bacteria to pass through and contaminate the contents. So, if you wash the protective coating off the eggs, immediately cook them or store in the fridge."

Made to order for a pick up this morning. Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough :)

I had a lovely week off from our day job so I was able to get some weekday baking done.

We will be away this weekend but are taking orders for next weekend. Pick up days are Saturdays and Sundays. (Takes 2 days to make and we start the process on Thursdays)
