If you are an aspiring baker or you are looking to learn a new and rewarding skill, you will learn the ins and outs of Sourdough baking in this class! Crossroad Breads Home Bakers class offers a hands on experience where you learn all the techniques you need and the science behind a successful Sourdough loaf. With over 35+ workshops given in the last 2 years, 200+ new bakers, come join the sourdough movement!
You’ll receive:
Guided instructions and timeline for home baking
Organic Freshly fed mature starter
Proofing bowl
Lame
2 organic loaves (one baked during class)
What you need at home:
5 qt+ Dutch oven or enamel turkey Roaster
Medium bowl with lid
Bowl scrapper (optional)
Digital scale
*Bread flour (types of flour will be discussed during class)
*All purpose flour (ideally organic Boréale)
Rice flour
*** bread and AP flour available to purchase the day of the class in 2.5kg, 10kg, 20kg
