Friends, (my teacher lingo talking)
I haven’t posted in such a long time! My baking has slowed over the year but did still create some tasty cakes/pies and other sugary filled goodies for people.

These two, are vegan. No eggs or dairy was involved and I used vegan butter which is so yummy. (Contains soy)

Good afternoon lovelies;

I am attending Indspire's National Gathering for Indigenous education in Winnipeg on Wednesday. As you all know I am an indigenous educator, I teach grade 2 :) I love my career as much as I love baking! I am looking forward to this learning opportunity because in education we are continuous life-long learners, and I am excited to learn from other Indigenous Educators.
To offset the cost of this trip; I am raffling off three (3) gift certificates from my Cake my day biz valued at 80 dollars, you can redeem them for any custom cake, holiday box of cookies or pies, or cheesecake :)
