🌿 The Wayfarer is taking a little journey of our own.

After a very busy summer, we’re heading out for a much-needed family holiday. ❤️ That means no café hours this week, but we’ll be back and opening our little door again on August 28th!

Thank you for keeping us busy, supporting our little café, and continuing to show up for what we’re building. We’re incredibly grateful.

For now, it’s time for a little family time, some adventure, and a bit of rest along the way. 🚙🌲

👑 King’s Provision — Ham, Havarti, arugula, tomato and red onion with our honey mustard aioli.

🦌 Huntsman’s Feast — Roast beef, cheddar, arugula and crispy onions with horseradish aioli.

🌲 Ranger’s Rations — Roasted turkey, Havarti, broccoli microgreens, cucumber and tomato with garlic herb aioli.

Corned beef and Swiss with crispy onions and a house-made dill pickle aioli. 👀

All on our homemade toasted artisan sourdough, of course.

🧭 THE WAYFARER’S TRAIL UPDATE

We’re switching things up a little this week! You’ll find The Wayfarer at Northside Motorsports Thursday, Friday & Saturday. 🤎

🥪 Fresh artisan sourdough sandwiches will be available Thursday & Friday only, with fresh baked goods available each day — and there’s a very good chance our pretzels will be making a reappearance! 🥨

Our artisan sourdough loaves are still a maybe this week. After two incredibly busy event weekends, we’re waiting on several ingredient restocks, including our bread flour order. And anyone who knows sourdough knows... it can be very particular about its flour. 😂

We’re still finding our rhythm as The Wayfarer grows much faster than we ever expected. Every busy weekend teaches us a little more about how much to prep, bake and order, and we’re incredibly grateful for your patience while we keep adjusting to meet the demand. 🤎

A little scheduling heads-up too: we’ll be closed the following weekend while our family sneaks away for a much-needed holiday before summer comes to an end. We’ll be back and serving you again the weekend after!

And perhaps our most exciting trail update... 🍂☕️

It looks like The Wayfarer may have found a winter home! If everything falls into place, we’ll be able to continue serving you year-round. We’re already getting excited about cooler weather, cozy café days, and all the new seasonal drink creations we can start dreaming up.

For now, come see us at Northside Motorsports this Thursday, Friday & Saturday for handcrafted drinks, fresh baking, artisan sandwiches — and hopefully the long-awaited reappearance of those pretzels. 🥨✨

🌲 Meet Ranger’s Rations — this week’s Wayfarer sandwich.

A fresh new addition to our rotating lunch menu: roasted turkey and creamy havarti layered with crisp garden vegetables and broccoli microgreens on our toasted sourdough.

But the real star might just be the house-made garlic herb aioli. 🧄🌿 Made with avocado mayo and three whole cloves of fresh garlic because apparently we don’t believe in being subtle around here. 😂

Fresh, garlicky, hearty and ridiculously good.
