I have been building two different gluten free sourdough starters since
March,2024. There have been many pounds of gluten free flours and starches sacrificed in my trial and errors, but I am so happy with the results I am producing now. This is a gluten free, dairy free brown rice starter sourdough. The crumb is tender and best of all, it holds together! You can actually eat a sandwich without it breaking to pieces. Stay tuned as I continue this gluten free sourdough journey. I have been playing with many discard recipes as well.
