Start ur sour update!
1: Thank You for your continued support and those that have been flexible these last two months with my delays.
2: Starter sour kits are still coming, i am just having trouble with the supplier. But plan to have it started by may.
3: Will be doing bi-daily baking on weekdays tuesday and thursday, and having a little stand outside my patio. Can still be ordered for delivery as well.
4: I finally have new packaging and stepping away from ziplocs. If you would like large ziplocs for freezing can still ask with order.

My first test with the rehydrated sourdough starter worked!

Phase 1 of the Jonah Grier's homemade starter kits are done.

My first kits will be released on March 1st and will have 50-100 kits to start off in the first round.

$35 for local delivery and pickup in Edmonton

With each kit will come tools, recipes, physical instructions and a link to my youtube with video lessons and tips on sourdough!

Learn to make your own sourdough when you want!

Can be a fun family experience!

Goals for Start Ur Sour 2026:
1. Sourdough starter kits
2. An app for sourdough bakers, can be used as a tool or game.
3. Set up 20 times at the same or different farmers markets.
4. Develope a gluten friendly starter. (Cant be gluten free until i have a dedicated location.)
5. Don't worry and be happy!

NEW SUS LOAF CREATION BY PAUL ALERT!
Last night he ordered the sus loaf and we created MAGIC!
This is an everything seasoned, cheese and sundried tomato sourdough loaf.
Yes...my mouth is watering to!
Reminder:
Sus loaves are something that allows you the customer to be creative with 3 ingredients. Can be something off my menu already, or some imaginative taste you want to execute.

Happy holidays everyone. So my holiday days off this month are the 24th, and 26th. As thats when i am spending time with family.
I am doing deliveries up to the 23rd.

If you would like fresh buns or loaves for christmas day we are taking a limited amount of orders that day. Your order must be a minimum of $15 and will only be available for pick up.

If I have given you a credit or discount please remind me with your order and i will apply it
