This week, we're putting What's Baking? on pause while we focus on fulfilling your Halloween orders and baking up your Fall favourites.

The kitchen is busy, the ovens are working, and there's lots of sweetness happening behind the scenes!

Don't worry, What's Baking? will be back soon with more treats, new flavours, and plenty of Chaotic Sugar Studio goodness.

Happy Thanksgiving from Chaotic Sugar Studio by Nikita!

This Thanksgiving, I’m feeling incredibly thankful for the family and friends who have stood beside me, cheered me on, and believed in me as I take the leap towards building a dream of my own. A dream that is equal parts exciting and, if I’m being honest, absolutely terrifying. 🥹

To everyone who has placed an order and trusted me to be a small part of your celebrations, thank you for welcoming my little creations into your homes. Every order helps make this dream a little more real, and that means more to me than you know.

May your homes be filled with warmth, your tables with good food, and your hearts with all the little moments that make life beautiful.

Your excuse to slow down and enjoy that second cup of coffee.

Some things just belong together: crisp fall mornings, a warm cup of coffee, and something cinnamon-y to enjoy with it.

This week, we’re baking Cinnamon Coffee Loaf!

A soft, eggless cinnamon loaf layered with sweet brown sugar cinnamon filling and finished with a buttery cinnamon crumb topping. Every slice brings a little warmth, a little sweetness, and all those cozy fall feels.
