Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
Mercado’s Bakery is looking for a reliable and experienced Baker to join our team. We are especially interested in candidates who have experience baking Filipino bread. If you are passionate about baking and bringing authentic flavors to life, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of Filipino breads
Follow recipes and ensure consistent product quality
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area
Monitor inventory and report ingredient shortages
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Assist with daily production

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year baking experience
Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices
Ability to work early mornings, Monday - Saturday
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience baking Filipino bread is a plus

Additional Information:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Mercado’s Bakery does not provide LMIA sponsorship
